A new report has been released stating that employers in the engineer sector will increase their focus on employee retention to maintain their skill sets. This is great news for all our fellow candidates out there who are either looking for employment, or already in a placement by us.
As many of you skilled engineers know, finding a job in the present climate isn't the easiest thing to do. With employers now stating they will increase there focus onto their existing employees it makes it even harder for people looking for jobs.
